Darugar Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care goods (like beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must still meet the same return conditions: unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
