Darugar Cancellation Policy
At Darugar, some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or on a try-before-you-buy basis. This policy explains how you can update or cancel those types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the schedule you select at checkout.

Your payment method will be stored securely and charged automatically for each recurring delivery, unless you choose to prepay.

Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel the subscription anytime before the next billing cycle.

To manage or cancel your subscription, use the link in your order confirmation email. You can adjust frequency, skip a shipment, or cancel altogether.

Pre-orders
Pre-orders allow you to reserve an item that is currently out of stock or not yet released.

Depending on the product, we may collect either full payment or a deposit at checkout, and your payment method may be stored until fulfillment.

If your pre-order has not yet been fulfilled, you can cancel the order for a full refund.

Try Before You Buy
Try-before-you-buy orders give you a set period to decide whether to keep the item before being charged.

We will authorize your payment method at checkout but will not charge you immediately.

You will have a specific number of days (as stated on the product page or in your confirmation email) to return the item.

If the item is not returned within that period, your payment method will be charged in full.
